    Had to find a new skincare

    The clean skincare company I was using for years went out of business and I needed a new company. I found Gaelle Organics online and the reviews were fabulous so this is the one I decided to try. I have to say I've been using the Rejuvenating Collection for 2 months and I love it, my skin feels so soft and luminous, I'm 67 years old, i see a difference in the fine lines and an overall youthfulness about my complexion. I also went back an ordered the Toner & the Cleansing soap. I love them as well. I would like to see Gaelle Organics have a cosmetic line.

    Great product, poor return policy

    Purchased the - ULTRA REJUVENATING TREATMENT PACKAGE, CRÈME SUPÉRIE and the ULTRA CONTOURING ELIXIR.
    5 Stars for the products, 2 stars for the return attempt.
    The product I have a reaction to was the Exfoliant Supérieure.
    My face became hot and became very red instantly. It was very uncomfortable and then dissipated within an hour or so. I guess my skin just wasn't interested in it. All the other items work great so far. I'm a 52 yr old Redhead needing quite a bit of hydration and am pleased so far with the other products.
    First issue: return policy was not clear as to what information you will need to send with the product.
    Second issue: very inconvenient for the customer unless you have everything you need to send at home and proper postage to mail. The money you paid for the product is not fully refunded if you are paying for the envelope as well as the postage.
